September 4, 2023 Growing up on a Minnesota dairy farm, I doubted I would ever have the opportunity to be part of an athletic team or benefit from coaching.  Thankfully, my life has been enriched by having both.  A patient coach starting a college cross country program at St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin,
